The collection of telephone pole-sized timbers continues to grow with each successive rainy season in Washington, but it still can't distract from the beauty and elegance of this 43-foot-tall falls in low late-summer flow. Here I used a 5-stop neutral density filter and 30-second exposure to calm the water and smooth out the falls' reflection.
