Still The One

After a steep climb from the surrounding mosquito-infested tarns up to the broad back of even more mosquito-infested Potato Butte, we were greeted with an impressive view of Mt. Jefferson, which we rarely get to see up close due to the distance from home. It was a rare opportunity, then, to throw some well-deserved attention her way. Across the way to the north, however, Mt. Hood was conjuring up some crazy clouds, and bathed in some amazing golden light at dusk she managed to monopolize our attentions yet again.
